MOTORIZED SIFTER & ! DOUGHBALL SEPARATOR
The RB-2 features a fast and quiet motorized sifter and doughball separator designed to perform these operations with maximum efficiency.
PATENTED SPLIT-LUG DESIGN
The RB-2 is designed using two plastic lugs instead of the usual single big lug. The Reece design uses two lug to make it easier to return flour to the top breading lug. Plastic lugs are used since they are easier to sanitize than metal (aluminum) lugs.
SOLID STATE TIMER
With the RR-2, the operator is free to do other tasks while breading is being sifted, A solid state timer will automatically shut the sifter off at the end of timed cycle.
MAXIMIZED BREADING TABLE UTILITY
To maximize food preparation efficiency, the RB-2 is designed to also serve as a preparation station for the process of breading food portions.
NEW WIDER DOUGHBALL CATCH PAN
The doughball catch pan is optimally located to allow the user to place the end of the table up against a wall (or against other equipment) to maximize work space while still maintaining minimum space for the RB-2. With the table install and in use, the catch pan is stall readily accessible to remove and empty contents and reinstall
OPTIONAL BACK SPLASH The table features an optional, removable back splash. This can be fitted to hold a clamshell basket or bun pan bracket for easy loading of breaded foods. It is also designed to prevent flour from falling onto the floor
